Have you ever stopped to think if the most ordinary, uninteresting, unobtrusive man you might see on the road or around you might have a love story to tell?
Maybe not! How can an ordinary man have a breathtaking, goose flesh igniting, awe inspiring love story of all things to tell?
But guess what - love does not differentiate between the ordinary and exceptional, the uninteresting and interesting, the unattractive and attractive. Because love knows no distinction. It can happen to anyone and once it does it engulfs us into it completely and gives us those miraculous experiences that only love can yield.
This is what happened to Surinder Sahni (Shahrukh Khan) - a simple, clean hearted, honest man working for Punjab Power, leading a humdrum life, when he meets his total opposite and finds love in the flamboyant, fun-loving, vivacious - Taani (Anushka Sharma) for whom the whole world is her canvas and she paints her own life with the colours of rainbow all until unforeseen circumstances changes it all and brings them together.

VITO QuickContact for Nokia Series 60 is a contact manager for Nokia Series 60 phones that includes everything you need to call your contacts, input phone numbers and quickly look up contacts in your phone book. QuickContact for Nokia Series 60 allows you to stay connected on the go! It's specially designed to use only joystick for speedy look up of contacts.
main features
VITO QuickContact for Nokia Series 60 offers two search options to find necessary contacts way too quicker and easier than the default software.
Boxes:
* Fill the boxes at the bottom of the screen with letters to find a necessary contact
* Press Up and Down to quickly scroll the list of contacts page by page
* Press Right to select the first letter of the upper contact displayed on the screen
* Go on pressing Right or Left to select and deselect first 5 letters of a contact name; they appear in the boxes
* Press Up or Down to change the last letter in the boxes
* After you have selected some letters of a contact name, QuickContact will mark the contats that contain this sequence of letters
* Press the central joystick button and then Up or Down to switch between the marked contacts
* Press once again to choose a contact
Diamond panel:
* Press the joystick buttons to sort contacts by choosing letters. You may need to press them twice, for example to input the letter H you will need to press Up > Right
* Press double Left to cancel © previously selected letters one by one
* Press & Hold C (Left > Left & Hold) to empty search panel altogether
* Press Right > Right & Hold to enter the symbol #.
* Press & hold 0 to enter + (Down > Down & Hold)
* QuickContact will display the contacts that contain the chosen sequence of letters
* Press the action button to switch between selected contacts
* You can alos input a phone number by selecting the buttons with corresponding numbers and double press action button to dial this phone number

The current rankings of the top five mobile phone manufacturers are:
(Note: manufacturers with a * after their figures are the Q1 2008 results)
1). Nokia (122 million units, with net sales of $21 billion)
2). Samsung (46.3 million units, with net sales of $6.531) *
3). LG (27.7 million units, with net sales of $3.788 billion)
4). Motorola (27.4 million units, with net sales of $3.3 billion) *
5). Sony Ericsson (24.4 million, with net sales of $4.457 billion)
As you can see, it's a tight battle between the last three. LG and Motorola in particular are neck and neck, but with Motorola's current woes, it should be more afraid of Sony Ericsson overtaking it than of trying to overtake LG.
Indeed, Sony Ericsson may be fifth in terms of units sold, but its net sales were substantially higher than both LG and Motorola, reflecting the fact that its phones are more focused on the high end market (and thus high end prices) that the other companies.
LG will have to go some way to overhaul Samsung, though, both in terms of units shipped and net sales. As for Nokia, well they're so far out in front, it's difficult to see anyone catching them in the next decade.

Verizon was able to get the device in a sexy black casing with Verizon red trim. The 'm' in the Q 9m's name stands for multimedia, and this device certainly delivers plenty of multimedia experience.The Motorola Q 9m weighs in at 134g (4.7oz) and measures 117.5mm x 65mm x 15mm (4.6" x 2.6" x .6"). For those paying attention, that's only slightly bigger than the original Motorola Q. However, this device does not look or feel any bigger in person. Packing a massive 5-megapixels to rival the N95 and Samsung G600 and a stack of features you’re more likely to find on your common or garden point and shoot, it’s more like a phone camera than a camera phone.There’s a 16x digital zoom, video recording at a mind-blowing 120 frames per second and playback at a DVD quality 30 fps. There has been progress with the Viewty on all fronts. It is a tri-band GSM phone with EDGE and GPRS as well as 3G with HSDPA up to 3.6Mbps where the Prada lacked the 3G element. A front facing camera caters for video calling and can be used to shoot stills containing yourself. Also the build quality feels better and the main camera shoots five megapixels.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan on Saturday became the first Indian movie star to be conferred a prestigious Malaysian
Wearing a traditional black and gold Malay outfit (Baju Melayu and samping) and headgear, Khan received the title of "Datuk" (equivalent to British Knighthood) from the governor of Malaysia's southern Malacca state. Baju Melayu is similar to a kurta pajama, while 'Samping' is a piece of cloth men tie around the waist and which falls to the length of the long shirt. The 43-year-old actor, who has a large fan base among the Malays, held the estimated 1,000 guests at the investiture spellbound as he received the Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (DMSM), conferred on him and 76 others. The actor kept waving to his fans as he was escorted into the hall. The Bollywood icon was the focus of attention as media and fans clicked away using cameras from their seats. The actor will be referred to as Datuk Shah Rukh Khan in Malaysia and will be addressed as Datuk. Each Malaysian state chooses its own list of people to honour with "Datukship". A majority of the awardees are local Malaysians who would have excelled in some area or are in the government. Malacca authorities said Khan was given the title because some of his movies had been shot in the the historical state boosting tourism. Khan shot a song for the movie 'one two ka four' in Malacca which was named as one of the heritage cities by Unesco a few months ago. However, the decision to award Khan with the Datukship received a fair share of criticism across the country with local artists and public noting that the award could have been given to a local actor or artist. | |
